Privacy Notice.

Last updated: 1 August 2026. This notice explains how Synclature Singapore ("Synclature", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

When you email us at hello@synclature.sg or otherwise get in touch, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and the contents of your message, along with anything else you choose to share. We do not collect personal data through cookies or tracking scripts on this website beyond privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics (see Section 5).

2. Why we collect it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, assess engagement fit, and, where you agree, follow up about our services. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. How we protect it

Enquiries sent to hello@synclature.sg land in a shared inbox accessible only to Synclature personnel who handle enquiries. We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary to address them and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal data you send us to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Analytics

This site may use privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g. which pages are visited, in what volume). This does not identify individual visitors and is not combined with contact-form data.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and may withdraw consent for us to continue collecting, using, or disclosing it, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. To make a request, contact us at hello@synclature.sg.

7. Contact

Questions about this notice or our data handling can be directed to hello@synclature.sg or Synclature Singapore, 808 French Road, #05-155, Singapore 200808.
